Dad faces charges of disqualified driving, not restraining baby at South Wentworthville
A disqualified driver accused of not properly restraining his 11-month-old daughter in a car has faced Parramatta Local Court.

A 22-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to two charges after he allegedly drove disqualified while his 11-month old daughter was unrestrained on Boxing Day.
Police allege the baby was incorrectly restrained in the back of the car Seven Hills man Aung Win was driving at South Wentworthville just before 4pm.
Further checks revealed the driver was allegedly disqualified from driving for six months.
Today, he faced Parramatta Local Court at pleaded not guilty to driving while disqualified and for incorrectly restraining the child.
His wife and daughter waited outside the court room.
Magistrate Tim Keady adjourned the matter to the same court on March 27.
