Producers for the fifth season of the reality show appear to have gone for a lower rent crowd of contestants this year if Confidential’s list of celebrities is correct.

Flamboyant show business reporter Richard Reid, controversial former politician Jacqui Lambie, one-time Biggest Loser host Ajay Rochester and retired AFL player Dermot Brereton are understood to be in the mix.
Earlier this week Channel 10 announced Gogglebox duo Angie Kent and Yvie Jones to be heading into the South African jungle.
It is also believed producers have signed New York-based Australian model Justin Lacko to head into the jungle.
Unlucky in love Lacko is known for appearing briefly on trashy reality dating show Love Island more than for any of his modelling work.
Budget cuts have meant the show has been cut from a usual six week run to four weeks with the season to premiere on Sunday.
Overall, the cast seems a few rungs down than in previous years when the likes of Shane Warne, Freddie Flintoff, Maureen McCormack and Chrissie Swan appeared as contestants.
