Major delays are being felt on the Pacific Motorway towards Brisbane after a truck crash at Slacks Creek ahead of peak-hour.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 6.20am.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said one stable patient is being assessed.
Delays are expected northbound towards Brisbane City, with motorists urged to proceed with caution. Traffic delays are also being felt on the M1 from Woolloongabba to the city.
Meanwhile, a cyclist is fighting for their life after a separate road accident at Hemmant in Brisbane’s east.
A cyclist came off his bike and sustained a “significant head injury” on Lytton Road in Hemmant at 6.08am.
“Paramedics are at the scene assessing the cyclist in a potentially life-threatening condition after a fall from a bike,” a QAS spokesman said.
