It is understood the men wearing the high-vis vests jumped out of a truck that was travelling through the intersection.

One man was knocked to the ground during the brawl.

Police are aware of the incident and say they are investigating.

This comes just weeks after a spate of road rage incidents.

Two weeks ago motorists were sickened by a peak hour road rage punch-up In Merrylands, where two men in high-vis shirts jumped out of a grey Hyundai at lights on Centenary Road, then launched into a fracas with two men in a Black Audi.

This incident followed another shocking road rage incident where a Newcastle mother was punched in the mouth during a heated confrontation on the NSW Central Coast.
