The annual beach themed party will have amped up DJ's, funky drinks and the interesting inclusion of free mugs for the first 70 people through the front door.
The Surecut Kids will be joined by Tweed Head's own Cory Fletcher and Bradley Rodgers on the decks for what's sure to be a memorable night.
Known for getting more than a little wild on stage, the Surecut Kids have received national airplay on Triple J and have played just about every major music festival in the country.
Venue Manager Brok Neilsen said he expected the Boxing Day Blowout to be busy.
"Like every year it gets pretty big," he said.
Marketing and events manager and Neverland's resident DJ Cory Fletcher said he was looking forward to The Surecut Kids.
"The Surecut Kids have had the Boxing Day party for the last four years, it's got a good reputation," he said.
Mr Fletcher was confident the night would be a hit.
"It's [Neverland's] usually pretty much at capacity," he said.
I'm definitely looking forward to it."
Doors open at 8pm (Qld), and the Surecut Kids will bring the bass from 11.30pm.
