DEVELOPERS have announced the pre-Christmas sales launch of a $70 million 12-storey tower at Kirra which is to include upmarket fashion shops and chic cafes.

The PIKOS group yesterday said it had appointed local property agent DJ Stringer Property Services to manage the on-site marketing of their $70 million Pure Kirra development overlooking Kirra beach.

The north-facing development has 27 apartments, three penthouses with individual roof-top pools and three podium-level “garden residences” also with private pools.

When complete, the 12-level tower will offer a new retail and dining precinct with a mix of alfresco cafes, restaurants and boutique fashion outlets.

DJ Stringer Property Services principal David Stringer, said Pure would aim at beachfront buyers looking to buy at today’s market prices with settlement not expected until late 2012.

“Market sentiment for luxurious apartments has gathered momentum in the past three months, with buyers moving back into the property market to take advantage of future capital growth,” said Mr Stringer.
