A HUGE warehouse in Murwillumbah’s new Industry Central industrial estate has been put on the market.

Ray White Commercial real estate agents have announced the complex is for sale or lease.

The property at number two Kite Crescent, Murwillumbah, is on a massive 6616sq m site while the building itself covers 3525sq m – about five times the size of a typical residential block with a house.

Karen Seeto of Ray White Commercial M1 North said the complex was in the new Industry Central development, which has already attracted national and international companies such as Bunnings and Scandinavian Cones.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for a major operator to secure high quality industrial premises in a popular growth area,” Ms Seeto said.

“Murwillumbah is just over 20 minutes to the Gold Coast and an international airport. The area is also close to the booming markets of south-east Queensland and transport hubs with easy access to the national highway network.”

Ms Seeto said the freehold building was zoned “Comprehensive Industrial” for 24 hour a day operations and could be split into strata tenancies.
