A RECENTLY amalgamated development site on Marine Parade at Kirra has entered the property market with a $3.9 million price tag.
The land, measuring 1214sq/m with 30 metres of ocean frontage is zoned for a three-storey development.
The individual lots of 809sq/m and 405sq/m can also be acquired individually for $2.5 million and $1.4 million respectively.
DJ Stringer Property Services principal David Stringer said he expected the block to generate a lot of interest from local boutique developers.
“It's a solid opportunity for an astute developer to snap up a prime parcel of land in Kirra,” Mr Stringer said.
“On one of the sites is a block of four older flats. The purchaser may decide to renovate the units to generate residual income while the developer application is processed.”
