Traffic backed up 10km after multi-car crash on Princes Highway closes road in both directions
A serious multi-vehicle crash has caused the Princes Highway to be closed in both directions in southern NSW, causing a massive traffic snarl.

The Princes Highway has been closed in both directions in southern New South Wales after a serious multi-vehicle crash.
The Transport Management Centre said the collisions happened on Mount Agony Road at Benandarah, north of Batemans Bay.
Emergency services are on site and traffic is being turned around at the scene.
Traffic is very heavy, with northbound traffic queued up to 10km and southbound traffic queued about 3km.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area, delay their trip or use an alternative route.
Motorists travelling to or from Sydney can divert via the Kings Highway, Federal Highway and Hume Motorway, and should allow plenty of extra travel time.
