WESTERN Sydney has been hit with a major infrastructure shake-up with the addition of the M9 and a freight rail, which could wipe out more than 1000 houses.
A state government document outlining the Outer Sydney Orbital proposal distinctly shows properties and land sites expected to be bulldozed as part of the plan.
Today The Daily Telegraph revealed that a Chinese property developer has paid a farming family on the outskirts of Sydney $69.88 million to secure land it knew would benefit from the new M9 orbital corridor.
