Teen arrested after man stabbed multiple times in Glebe
A 16-year-old boy has been charged over the stabbing of a man, 31, at a home in Sydney’s inner west overnight. The man remains in a critical condition in hospital after allegedly being stabbed multiple times.

A 16-year-old boy has been charged over the stabbing of a man at a home in Sydney’s inner west overnight. The man was allegedly stabbed multiple times and remains in a critical condition.
Police attended a home on the corner of Mitchell St and Campbell S, Glebe, just after 11:30pm on Saturday after reports that a man had received serious stab wounds to the chest and abdomen following an altercation.
When officers from the Leichhardt Police Area Command arrived on scene they found the severely wounded man on the footpath outside the home.

The 31-year-old man was treated by paramedics at the scene before being transported to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a critical condition.
Officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command established a crime scene and launched an investigation into the incident.
A short time later, a 16-year-old boy was arrested on Tebbutt Street, Leichhardt, and taken to Newtown Police Station.
A man has been arrested in relation to an unrelated stabbing that occurred in Quakers Hill about the same time.
Just after 11pm on Saturday, emergency services were called to a home on Ocimum Glade, Kellyville Ridge, following reports that a man had been stabbed by another man during an altercation.
Upon arrival police found a 35-year-old man with a non-life threatening stab wound to his arm.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene and transported to Blacktown Hospital in a stable condition.
A short time later, a 33-year-old man presented at Penrith Police Station, where he was arrested.
It is understood the men are known to each other and inquiries into the incident are continuing.
