She was caught during a major investigation by the Redfern Region Enforcement Squad last month into the ongoing supply of cocaine.

Fifty-five people were charged with supply or possession, while 290 grams of cocaine and $63,000 cash was seized through Strike Force Northrop.

Police say Christian — who posts photos on social media sitting on her motorbike — was driving in her car along Bondi Rd, Bondi Beach, when she was stopped about 8pm on Friday May 17.

Officers then found 35 grams of cocaine and $900 cash.

Court documents say there were “reasonable grounds to suspect” the money was the proceeds of crime.

Christian, of Liverpool, sat in court wearing a black suit accompanied by a friend as her lawyer Monica McKenzie entered the guilty pleas.

Before her matter was heard Magistrate Greg Grogin heard another drug matter involving white powder hidden inside a can of drink.

“In the last two weeks there has been over 55 people charged with supplying cocaine, it is a serious offence,” he said during the earlier matter in which the lawyer was asking for a bail variation.

When Christian’s matter was heard next Magistrate Grogin said: “Supply of cocaine … Sounds like it could be what I was referring to”.

Ms McKenzie said her client’s matter was “not sophisticated”.

Strike Force Northrop took place on six nights over three weeks last month involving multiple police commands and the dog unit.

“Strike Force Northrop detectives will continue to investigate and target those in the community that continue to participate in illegal drug-related activity,” Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Bell said.

Christian will be sentenced on 17 July.
