A SIXTEENTH birthday party erupted into a bloody and violent brawl after a group of youths gate crashed it, with a 15-year-old boy accused of using a machete to stab a guest who told him to leave.
Liam Hamilton had been celebrating with around 40 teenage friends and 15 adults, including his parents, at his Quakers Hill home for what his mother said had been a “drama free” night.
His older brother Corey Hamilton and friend David Davis, both aged 22, were out the front making sure some guests were leaving safely because the party was “winding up” about 10.30pm.
But then the group turned up uninvited to the house.
“Our boys out the front said sorry guys the party is over,” Liam’s mother told The Daily Telegraph.
“They tried to move them on and the boys just jumped on David, the one that’s still in hospital, because they told them to go.
“It was only the two of them out the front … they started on them, they were on the ground fighting both of them.
“If those boys got into the house, who knows. There were as many girls as boys here.
“It’s just scary, it could have been so much worse.”

Liam’s mother said her son was strictly told no social media and nothing was put on Facebook or Instagram to promote the party. She said they had held parties for his older brothers and nothing like this had happened before.
Mr Davis’s lung was punctured after he was allegedly stabbed in the body and back with a black, 50cm machete. Corey Hamilton suffered a stab wound under his arm.
The 22-year-olds were both taken to Westmead Hospital in stable conditions.
Police roped the entire cul-de-sac off up to the adjoining road at Jocelyn Blvd and canvassed the area with torches.
A crime scene was established and examined by forensic specialists who arrived in two white vans just before midnight.
Police arrested six teenage boys aged between 15 and 17 and five men aged between 18 and 20 who were taken to Riverstone police station.
A 15-year-old Blacktown boy was charged with wounding a person with the intention of causing grievous bodily harm, being armed with the intent to commit an indictable offence, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.
He was also charged with breaching his bail.
Yesterday he was refused bail at Parramatta Children’s Court by Magistrate Annette Sinclair who said the need to protect the community outweighed other considerations.
“The injuries alleged are serious. He is a young person currently on bail for a robbery offence … the allegation is that he has committed further serious offences whilst on bail,” Magistrate Sinclair said.
Another 20-year-old man Kuat Abol was also charged with breach of bail but his lawyer said he was a guest.
