NSW
Don't miss out on the headlines from NSW. Followed categories will be added to My News.
Spectacular stage shows and freshly spruced attractions have Sydney roaring back to life these school holidays.
Dine & Discover NSW vouchers expire Thursday, but the NSW Government’s Parents NSW vouchers are redeemable until October 9, easing cost-of-living pressure while helping keep kids entertained over the coming weeks.
Data by the department of Customer Service shows almost 40 per cent of applicants have redeemed the Parents NSW Vouchers, with more than $114m already injected into thousands of businesses across the state since the program opened this year.
However, 1.7m of these vouchers are left unredeemed, so it’s important to use them before you lose them.
“There are a lot of expenses in a family budget and these vouchers are there to help,” minister for customer service and digital government, Victor Dominello, said.
“They’re super simple, super convenient and you don’t need a receipt, so please take advantage of them.”
The five $50 Parents NSW Vouchers can be used at participating NSW businesses. For more information or to apply, visit service.nsw.gov.au.
