The public spat between controversial Sydney publicist Roxy Jacenko and a guest at one of her events just turned uglier after the socialite sought a restraining order against him.
It follows an incident at a club earlier this year where Ms Jacenko claims entrepreneur Anthony Hess hurled “inappropriate and vulgar language” at her during her $500-a-ticket private speaking event.

The 39-year-old lodged an interim private Apprehended Violence Order against Mr Hess at Waverley Local Court on Thursday.
Neither of them were present but Ms Jacenko was represented by her lawyer and supported by her mother Doreen Davis.
Ms Jacenko and her husband Oliver Curtis — who spent a year in jail for insider trading — are protected under the court order.
It prohibits Mr Hess from assaulting, stalking or threatening the family or damaging any property they own.
The 39-year-old is also banned from contacting, harassing or intimidating them in person, over the phone or online.
Mr Hess has yet to lodge any court documents.
Mr Hess, who poses topless with sports cars and luxury clothes on his Instagram account, could cop a maximum $5500 fine or two years in prison if convicted of breaching the order.
Mr Hess claims the mother-of-two launched into a verbal spray as he and his business partner attempted to leave her event at The Ivy before it officially kicked off about 7.15pm on February 18.
The Sweaty Betty PR founder claimed security had to remove Mr Hess from the premises but this was later refuted by Merivale, the owner of the Ivy.
At the time Mr Hess told The Daily Telegraph the former Celebrity Apprentice Australia contestant “came at me like a steam train”, repeatedly asking him: “Where is the respect?”.
Mr Hess said he left the venue early because another guest levelled homophobic slurs towards him.
Curtis, 33, is understood to have stepped in to mediate the situation, with Mr Hess calling him “really nice actually”.
Ms Jacenko claimed Mr Hess had been “disruptive, aggressive and drew unnecessary attention to himself” as she attempted to make her entry.
Mr Hess’s business partner recalled Ms Jacenko screaming at him.
“She screamed a lot of stuff, saying we would never make it in Sydney,” she said.
Tickets for the In ‘Conversation with Roxy Jacenko’ event cost up to $520.
Mr Hess and Ms Jacenko’s court matter was adjourned until June 27.
