Three men, aged 27, 22 and 21, and two women, aged 19 and 24, were charged late on Monday. Four were refused bail to front Manly Local Court on Tuesday.

A male senior constable was taken to Northern Beaches Hospital after the carpark brawl.
“Police aren’t there to be assaulted, they are doing their job. We will use appropriate force when necessary,” Acting Deputy Commissioner Mark Walton said.
The woman in the parked vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
