During their Wednesday appearance, the police prosecutor said the indictable matters weren’t “yet compliant”, asking for an adjournment.

The pair’s solicitor Paul Cranney indicated Ms Dickson was to apply for bail for rehabilitation purposes at Miruma.

“If Ms Dickson has a successful application, they have a bed available July 6,” he said.

His associate lawyer Hannah Donaldson later made the application on Thursday, July 1, which was granted by Magistrate Jeff Linden.

Bail conditions included that Ms Dickson not enter Lismore or Ballina except for bona fide court and legal conferences, not go near prosecution witnesses, and to reside at Miruma until otherwise directed by the Community Corrections Officer.
