Vote now to find Lismore’s best hairdresser

Some die hard fans of Lismore hairdressers are willing to drive for hours to get their hair done by these hairdressers, but are they Lismore’s best?

Is your hairdresser worth driving more than 200km to let them work their magic on your mane? How about 1500km?

Well we have some die hard readers who say theirs are.

Sarah Williams says it is totally “worth the drive from Brisbane” to get her hair done by Lauren Underhill at Mahican Pink in Lismore.

Suzanne Effbee called Lauren, “absolutely the best”, and Emma Emma-lee Mapu

agreed.

Leisha Richey said “Lauren is the absolute best”.

Brooke at Terry Bushell’s Hair Salon has some equally devoted clients.

Jenna Green nominated Brooke, saying she “travels all the way from Townsville to get my hair done by the queen!!”.

Deslie Tisdell agreed that Brooke was the best, and Joann Dowd called her “an amazing hairdresser”.

These were just some of the comments left on The Northern Star Facebook page when we called for nominations for Lismore’s best hairdresser.

And now the nominations are in, it’s time to cast your vote.

But you better get in quick, the poll closes at 8am on Thursday, July 29.

There are 44 hairdressers nominated from Lismore and surrounding towns.
