NSW Health has issued more information about possible Covid-19 exposure at Ballina Byron Gateway Airport.

People who were at the Ballina Airport arrivals lounge between 11.45am and 12.10pm on Wed nesday, July 14 are considered ‘casual contacts’ who must get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.

The health department advises that anyone who attended the arrivals lounge at the times listed was a casual contact who must immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result was received.

The department asks people to get tested even if they have had a test in recent days, particularly if you have any symptoms.

“Wear a mask around others and limit your movements until you get another negative result. You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again,” the department said.
