Teenage boys charged after alleged break and enter at Philip St, Goonellabah, property
Police have charged three teens after a Northern Rivers property was broken into. Two of the boys were already on bail for unrelated matters. Here’s what we know.

A trio of teenagers have been charged over allegations of property-related offences in the Northern Rivers.
On Friday, March 15, police were told of an alleged break and enter at Phillip St, Goonellabah.
After an investigation, Richmond Police District officers attended a Goonellabah address about 11.15am on Monday 18 March 2024.
They arrested two boys, aged 13 and 14, over the alleged property-offences, as well as a 15-year-old boy for an alleged breach of bail.
The youngest boy was charged with breaching bail and aggravated break and enter.
The 14-year-old boy was charged with aggravated break and enter and being armed with the intent to commit an indictable offence.
Both were formally refused bail and are next due to appear before a children’s court on Friday, April 5.
The older boy was charged with breaching bail.
He appeared before a children’s court yesterday and was refused bail.
