A woman who was thrown from her horse has been transported to hospital by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter on Sunday afternoon.
The Westpac Helicopter confirmed they were tasked by NSW Ambulance at 1.55pm on Sunday to a report of a person who was injured when they fell off a horse on a property at west of Casino.
NSW Ambulance Paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team attended a property at Mummulgum where they have treated a 25-year-old woman.
The woman had suffered shoulder fractures and was stabilised before being flown direct to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
