TOP property analyst Michael Matusik is returning to Toowoomba to headline an upcoming business and real estate luncheon.
Mr Matusik is the guest speaker at the Colliers Property Market Outlook event at the Oaks Toowoomba Hotel on October 16.
He last spoke at the event in 2017, where he made several predictions about the future of Toowoomba's economy and real estate market.
"With over 27 years' experience, Michael is a trusted property analyst, who provides necessary skills and relevant information to investors and developers looking to research the market and make sound decisions," the event description said.
"A master at collating and analysing data, Michael is informative, practical and provides clear conclusions in his well-structured presentation.
"Michael will also share his insights into factors such as government and demographic movements like Australia's ageing population, as well as financial considerations such as low interest rates and how they impact the property market."
His speech will be followed by a panel discussion of the some of the property and development industry's leading figures, including Wagners chairman Denis Wagner, Colliers International's Dan Dwan, Precinct Urban Planning's Andrew Bullen and TRC planning and development general manager Stewart Somers.
