COOPER Watson says being voted Toowoomba's best real estate agent by Chronicle readers is an endorsement of the service he provides.
The RealWay Toowoomba principal beat more than 35 other talented agents to win the reader's poll, earning 16 per cent of the vote in the process.
Mr Watson, who sold his television business to start his own agency eight years ago, said he was amazed by the result.
"I was pretty humbled really - for people to take the time to vote, it's nice of them to reach out and say thanks like that," he said.
"I just get excited by the job, I genuinely enjoy what I do.
"I love putting a sold sticker on a house and giving people good service."
Mr Watson said he and his team of more than a dozen prided themselves on always being available to clients.
"We are down to earth, we tell it like it is, we are never later and we always call people back," he said.
"Clients' expectations are changing, in terms of how available they are and want their agent to be - people will text, call, email and message on social media."
Mr Watson said the agency was preparing to expand at its current premises on the intersection of Hume and Campbell Sts.
Melita Bell of RE/MAX Success finished second, with 13 per cent of the vote, while NGU Real Estate's Robbie Witt was third with five per cent.
