Police raided a Terania Creek property on Thursday morning where they said they found two hydroponic growing rooms, mature plants and related drug processing equipment.

Richmond Police District Inspector Mary Tanner said officers attended a property at Terania Creek, near The Channon, where they executed a search warrant.

“At 11am on Thursday, August 11, police officers executed a search warrant,” she said.

“At the Terania Creek property police located two hydroponic growing rooms, seized six mature plants and related equipment.

“A 44-year-old male will be receiving a future court attendance notice.”

Ms Tanner said the operation was handled using Richmond Police District resources only.

She said she was unable to say at this stage what date the man would be facing court.

“The matter is still being investigated,” she said.
