Police have been tracking down a man who allegedly pulled out a gun during a domestic dispute in Lismore. Here’s the latest.

Police have been on the hunt for a man who allegedly pulled out a gun during a domestic dispute in Lismore.

Richmond Police officers were called to the unit on Ballina Rd in Lismore, following reports of a domestic incident about 1.30pm on Wednesday.

Police were told when they arrived that a man produced a gun during a disagreement with a woman before he fled the property

Lismore residents took to social media as a significant number of police officers began scouring Dibbs St, McKenzie St, and Rotary Dr.

Officers searched through homes and in the nearby area, but the man was not found.

The manhunt was ongoing on Thursday afternoon, police confirmed.

Police have launched an investigation.
