Charges against a group of people allegedly involved in a cocaine supply syndicate will return to court in November.
Former Home And Away and Heartbreak High actor Putu Sugiarta Winchester-Stanton, now living in Mullumbimby, Bodene Robertson, 32, Clayton Macdonald, 44, and Alyse Rose Cameron, 34, are all facing cocaine supply charges.
Ms Cameron, from Byron Bay, has previously pleaded not guilty to taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug and participating in a criminal group activity.
The men, who remain in custody, have not lodged formal pleas.
Mr Winchester-Stanton, 44, is facing numerous charges including knowingly directing a criminal group, cocaine supply charges and drug possession.
Mr MacDonald, from Dee Why, and Mr Robertson, from Eureka, are facing related cocaine supply charges.
The group were caught up in a string of police raids tied to the alleged supply of cocaine in the Byron Shire in April.
Police will allege the raids led them to seize about 340g of cocaine and more than $25,000 in cash.
The raids took place at properties in Byron Bay, Mullumbimby and Bangalow.
None of the accused were required to appear when their cases were mentioned before Lismore Local Court on Wednesday.
In relation to Ms Cameron’s matter the court heard there had been discussions between prosecutors and her defence.
Ms Cameron’s lawyer, Kim Ivosevac, said there may be a “possible resolution to the matter”.
She will be excused from attending court if legally represented when the case is mentioned on November 24.
Another defence lawyer wrote to the court regarding the charges against Mr MacDonald and Mr Robertson and Mr Winchester-Stanton.
Each of their cases were also adjourned to November 24, as requested by prosecutors.
