Alleged Nimbin shooter Cody Bradley to remain in custody

A young man charged over a frightening shooting in a Northern Rivers town will stay in police custody.
Cody Bradley, 20, fronted Lismore Local Court on Monday, August 2 over an alleged Nimbin shooting that took place on Friday, July 30.
He faces two charges including discharging a firearm intending to cause grievous bodily harm and firing a firearm in or near public place.
He is yet to enter any formal pleas.
He did not apply for bail and bail was refused.
Emergency services were called to Nimbin on Friday after reports of gunshots.
Upon arrival at a Thorburn St premise, police will allege they located a man in his 20s with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics, before being transported to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
Mr Bradley was arrested later in East Lismore about 12.15pm Saturday, July 31.
His matter was adjourned for brief committal status mention on September 29 and he is set to appear via video link.
