Paramedics treat two men in crash between car and motorbike

Police, paramedics and firefighters are at a crash between a car and a motorcycle on the Bruxner Hwy at Wollongbar.

Two men have been transported to Lismore Base Hospital after a crash which occurred on the Bruxner Hwy at the Lindendale Rd intersection. 

Ambulance NSW confirmed the motorcyclist, who is aged in his 80s, has been treated for a head injury and was in a serious but stable condition.

Paramedics have also treated the car driver who was in his 40s, and was understood to being suffering from shock.

Two road ambulances attend the incident which occurred around 12.50pm today.

Police and Fire & Rescue NSW firefighters are also at the scene of the crash.

It was also understood that a senior officer from the Richmond Police District will attend the incident.
