‘Mouth watering’ Lennox Head restaurant, Mi Thai, hits the market

A popular CBD favourite has been listed for sale, with owners moving on after 20 years. Here’s how it could be yours:

After cooking up a storm for hungry North Coast residents over the years, the owners of one CBD restaurant in Lennox Head are hanging up their aprons.

The business listing is priced upon application, according to the Seek Business advertisement, but offers a one-year lease with room to grow on with a five-year option, until July 2028.

The listing also details the licenced venue’s enticing deal in the “heart of the village” and located 15 minutes south of Byron Bay.

‘This is an ideal opportunity to work and live in the booming coastal location of Lennox Head,” it read.

The restaurant currently operates with one full-time employee and 15 casual staff, five nights a week.

However, the ad noted there was room to expand.

“Only operating five nights per week with potential to open seven days for breakfast, lunch and dinner,” it said.

On Facebook, Mi Thai described its restaurant as “exquisitely diverse and mouth-watering Thai and Asian influenced delights”.

The sale comes as several other North Coast businesses sell up.
