Filling out a survey on COVID-19 vaccinations can help give a better picture of the community’s health needs, while also helping your local community group.
Healthy North Coast was seeking the feedback on the rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations across the region to better understand local needs, and to help provide access to the best available advice and guidance about COVID-19 vaccines.
As an incentive, when filling out the survey, participants can nominate a registered local community group, sports club or not-for-profit to win $2000.

The health service encourages people to share the link and encourage friends and family to have a voice.
“Responses will help us understand local needs so we can continue to support our communities and our region to stay COVID-safe,” Healthy North Coast said.

The prize will help a local organisation to improve the health of the North Coast community.
The survey is open until May 14.
