Popular clothing brand, Factorie, inches closer Lismore Square launch
This chain cult brand has remained tight-lipped about the exciting reveal of its Lismore store but a new development hints it could be closer than ever for keen shoppers.

The news clothing brand Factorie could be coming to Lismore has delighted shoppers but information about the store opening has been tight-lipped until now.
However, this week a development application has been approved before Lismore City Council for a Factorie store fit out within Lismore Square, inching keen shoppers closer to an opening date.
The application reveals the estimated fit out cost would be $259,332.00.
It comes as earlier in May, local business owner of Folke Lilly O’Reilly revealed she would be moving to make way for a big-brand retailer.
It now appears the store, according to construction advertisement, will take over that exact spot near Kmart.
If successful, it would be the brand’s first store on the Northern Rivers.
Currently, the closest location for the brand is Surfer’s Paradise.
It is not yet known if Factorie Lismore will offer any jobs opportunities, but according to company and Seek searches there are no current listings.
According to the their website, Factorie is known for their “go-to for youth fashion staples and must-have style collabs”.
The brand emphasises street styling and casual wear.
The Cotton On brand has a stronghold on Lismore Square with Cotton On, Typo and Cotton On Body already residing in the centre.
The Cotton On Group also boasts itself as Australia‘s largest global retailer with seven brands, 19 countries, 1500 stores and counting.
Northern Star tried repeatedly to get comment from Cotton On Group PR team to seek out an official opening date but did not receive a reply.
