THIS year community, and in particular community spirit, is what shone through for me.
Whether it be on the dance floor, an Anzac centenary celebration, a fight against a mining company, the response to a shark crisis, or banding together to help someone in need, our community showed a strength and compassion that I have been proud to be a part of.
In a year that saw great heartache and great triumph, it has been the willingness of our community to stand together that has helped us get through it all.
Thank you to everyone who has let us come along for the journey, and letting us capture it in photos.
