The benefits of a good workout are obviously not lost on embattled billionaire James Packer, who has been entertaining a trio of stunning and fit blonde models on board his $200 million floating palace, the superyacht IJE.
Eight months after Packer was last seen giving evidence, via video, at the damning NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority inquiry into money laundering at his Melbourne and Perth casinos, the reclusive casino tycoon has been spied in the waters off Mykonos playing host to three top European lifestyle bloggers, Maja Malnar, Nera Lesic and Mom Mikki.
Missing in photographs captured earlier in the week, was the billionaire’s girlfriend of three-and-a-half years, model Kylie Lim.
Sources for the billionaire did not respond to questions concerning whether Packer and Lim remain together.
They were last photographed together in May of last year holidaying on the Isle of Capri in the months prior to Packer being grilled by commissioner Patricia Bergin on his fitness to operate a casino.
Very much present last week though was the billionaire’s friend and longtime wingman, Ben Tilley, who looked to be cosy with Malnar, who he was seen helping alight a tender boat.
Malnar, who counts Packer’s former girlfriend Miranda Kerr among her one million Instagram followers, is one of Slovenia’s top social media influencers and was once rated fifth behind Melania Trump, Dallas Mavericks’ basketballer Luka Doncic, tech programmer Luka Lan Gabriel and Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak on a top five list of the country’s social media influencers.
According to her reports, Malnar began her career as a local entertainer in her homeland before finding fame after struggling with an eating disorder, something she has told fans inspired her to become “extremely healthy and conscious about nature … and (grow) on a spiritual level”.
With a swimwear collection, Botanical Beach Babes, to her name, Malnar calls herself an entrepreneur.
The bubbly influencer was photographed chatting with Packer while Croatian Lesic and Russian Mikki jumped rope and worked on their abs in IJE’s well-appointed gymnasium at the vessel’s stern.
Lesic, first runner-up in the 2017 Miss Europe pageant and a lingerie designer, and Mikki — who count Packer pals cricketer Shane Warne and Hollywood producer Brett Ratner among their Instagram followers — spent part of their week posing alongside Malnar in black swimsuits and striped suits which Malnar has since posted to her Instagram page.
Lesic, who calls herself a master of international relations, flew into Santorini last weekend to rendezvous with the IJE which has been in the Aegean Sea off Mykonos since the beginning of the month after departing Italy last month.
The billionaire, whose Crown Resorts is under pressure to do a deal quickly concerning the sale of Packer’s controlling interest in the business to suitors including Star Entertainment and private equity giant Oaktree Capital, could do worse than take blogger Malnar’s advice.
Last week she told followers: “Surround yourself with people that push you to do and be better. No drama or negativity. Just higher goals and high motivation. Good times and positive energy.”
