The wife of top eastern suburbs real estate agent Adrian Bo, who has come under an internal company investigation for alleged misconduct amid claims he asked a younger colleague how many “c**ks” he’d had in his mouth, has vowed to stand by him.
Model Megan told The Saturday Telegraph her husband had been left “shattered” by the claims of misconduct against a younger co-worker at McGrath Real Estate, saying “We’re both upset … I’m totally standing by Adrian.”
Mr Bo has strenuously denied the claims revealed in The Daily Telegraph that he put the question to a colleague in an unsolicited conversation two weeks ago.
He is on annual leave from his role at McGrath while the complaint is investigated by the company.
“Approximately two weeks ago an allegation of misconduct was made, McGrath takes its obligations seriously and accordingly has initiated an investigation by its HR team, assisted by an independent workplace lawyer,” a spokesman said.
“While that inquiry is underway, it would be inappropriate to make any further comment.”
McGrath confirmed its investigation is scheduled to conclude early next week.
Mr Bo has worked for the company for 25 years and is a major shareholder with a highly respectable reputation.
A source close to the situation said: “The colleague was really disturbed by (the alleged incident) and initially didn’t want anyone to find out but felt he had to complain about the comment made outside an office two weeks ago”.

“The words c**ks and mouth were used in the same sentence,” he claimed.
“They have to work in the same team and the relationship became strained.”
The Daily Telegraph has chosen not to name the staffer, who when contacted this week declined to comment.
Mr Bo said he “never” made the comments and he had “no issue” with the employee, who he considered an excellent person.
“I’ve got no idea about any of this, it’s the first I’ve heard about it, it is absolutely ridiculous, I’m still working for McGrath, I work from multiple offices,” Mr Bo said.
“Someone is feeding you lies, the industry is full of jealous competition — there is no evidence I said this, I am shocked and upset.“
Mr Bo, who has been married for 12 years and is based in Randwick, has sold 28 residential and commercial properties eight Sydney suburbs in the last 12 months including a $1.9 million three-bedroom home in Coogee.
“I have never made these comments, I have no issue with him (the employee), he’s an excellent employee,” he added.
