The body of a man was found wedged between machinery at a workplace in Sydney’s west on Friday.

Emergency services were called to waste management facility Cleanaways on Elizabeth Dr in Badgerys Creek just before 6.10am after colleagues made the grim discovery.

The man is yet to be formally identified.

Initial inquiries suggest the man’s death is not suspicious.

Safe Work NSW have been notified and are investigating his death.
