New subdivision proposed among quiet, rural setting

A new nine-lot residential subdivision southeast of Grafton is currently being advertised through Clarence Valley Council.
Located at 19-43 Helens Drive, Clarenza, according to the development application SUB2021/0018 documents, the first stage, under Torrens title, will result in two additional lots with other stages to follow. However, it was noted that the timing and scale of the other stages is not yet known.
The proposal includes the initial nine lots which range from 2652 square metres up to 5782 square metres. The map provided in the documents also outlines potential future lots divided within each of the nine initial lots.
Members of the community have until June 18 to share their thoughts to Clarence Valley Council about a proposed submission.
