AUSTIN & Co Waterside Dining has announced on its Facebook page that it will be closing its doors.
Tomorrow (Friday, July 29) will be the last day of service for the riverside bistro located in the relaxed setting of Grafton's Memorial Park on the banks of the Clarence River.
"To all of our valued customers, family and friends we would like to say a great big thank you for all your support over the past few years," the statement said.
"We have had a fantastic time running Austin and Co and can't thank you enough for your patronage. We wish all our staff the best of luck in their future."
Austin & Co ranks as the 7th best restaurant in Grafton on TripAdvisor.
The restaurateurs made significant efforts to offer something different for its guests, such as the introduction of an American Gastro Cuisine menu earlier this year, which included a Hot Wing Challenge.
