FOX Sports star Tara Rushton and her footy player husband Cooper Cronk are expecting their first child.
Rushton is 16 weeks pregnant and due to give birth in August.
Roosters halfback Cronk, who recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney to marry Rushton, confirmed the news to The Sunday Telegraph.
“We are delighted to confirm that we are expecting our first child,” Cronk said.
“We are both over the moon and very much looking forward to what the future holds.”
The pregnancy has been a closely guarded secret in NRL and TV circles for weeks.
Rushton told her bosses at Fox Sports last week so that the network could plan around her maternity leave.

Cronk quit Melbourne Storm after last year’s grand final victory after 13 seasons at the club and hinted at wanting to start a family.
“Tara my fiancee is based in Sydney and there are a few things in life that are more important than football, like family, getting married and a future,” he said at the time.
