A COMANCHERO bikie has been charged after police found a Glock pistol following an early morning raid on a property at Lugarno, in Sydney’s south west.
Farres Abounader, 36, has been charged with weapons offences — including breaching a firearms prohibition order — following Wednesday’s raid.
It is understood during the raid Abounader fled the house running towards a reserve after which police found a Glock 9mm pistol in the same vicinity which had an empty magazine and ammunition.
Police will allege the gun was one of a number of Glock pistols imported illegally from Germany.

During the raid, officers also seized $10,000 cash and Comanchero OMCG colours.
He was arrested and charged with possess pistol-subject to firearms prohibition order, possess ammunition-subject to prohibition order, possess unauthorised pistol, possess unregistered firearm-pistol, possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority, and not keep firearm safely (pistol).
He will appear at Sutherland Local Court today where he is expected to make a bail application.
The raid by the Gangs Squad’s Strike Force Raptor was conducted in response to violent acts believed to be related to an internal dispute within the Comanchero OMCG.
