With ‘Lone Wolf’ tattooed on the back of his head, an alleged drug dealer ordered to stay away from the aforementioned gang while on bail, has had his case adjourned again in what a court heard was a very long running case.
Guy Nicholas Vandyk is facing a string of drug charges including dealing cocaine on an ongoing basis.
The 66-year-old from Woolgoolga is pleading not guilty to all five charges including one of possessing 506 grams of cannabis at Sandy Beach in December 2023.
When he appeared before magistrate Julia Virgo on Tuesday, she said the case had been “going on for a very long time”.
The charges relate to alleged offending in the Woolgoolga and Sandy Beach areas between July and December 2023.
He was apprehended and charged at Coffs Harbour in March last year and initially denied bail.
There are a number of co-accused in the matter and their matters are also before the courts.
In August, he was granted Supreme Court bail and ordered to stay away from any Lone Wolf clubhouse and not contact any members of the group.
He was represented by Sydney lawyer Anthony Tashman who appeared in Coffs Harbour court on Tuesday via video link.
Ms Virgo granted a further adjournment of the case for the office of the Director of Public Prosecution to consider the next step in relation to each charge.
The matter was adjourned to March 11.
