With several alleged victims in relation to an incident at Coffs Hotel in April, a lawyer has asked for an adjournment to access CCTV footage from the night.

Summer Bowden is facing seven charges in relation to the incident at the hotel on the corner of West High Street and the Pacific Highway between 11pm and midnight on April 8.

Bowden was granted bail at Port Macquarie Local Court the day after the incident on a number of conditions, including she abstain from alcohol and does not enter any licensed premises.

Her lawyer Todd Ritchie appeared in Coffs Harbour Local Court on Wednesday, July 20, seeking an adjournment to access security vision from the night to help determine “who’s who”.

Mr Ritchie told the court his client had “pleaded guilty to some charges and not guilty to others” and with multiple alleged victims he wants the vision to help determine “who’s who” and then be able to advise his client so she can “confirm or vary her plea”.

The 21-year-old has pleaded not guilty to three charges of common assault and one charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm which were alleged to have occurred between 11 and 11.30pm.

Documents tendered to the court outline four separate victims in relation to these assault charges.
