A Coffs man busted behind the wheel at more than double the legal alcohol limit was spotted partially driving on the wrong side of the road, a court has heard.

A Coffs Harbour man busted behind the wheel at more than double the legal alcohol limit was spotted partially driving on the wrong side of the road at speed.
Police were patrolling on Combine St at Coffs just after 10.30pm on September 19.
A white ute caught their attention on Hill St.
“The vehicle moved at speed from Hill St onto Meadow St, Coffs Harbour, driving partially on the wrong side of the road,” police state in court documents.
Officers stopped the car and driver Michael John Dummigan blew positive on a roadside test.
He later returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.120 at Coffs Harbour Police Station.
Michael John Dummigan, 52, pleaded guilty to mid-range drink driving – first offence when the case came before Coffs Harbour Local Court on Wednesday.
Magistrate Theresa Hamilton adjourned to November 15.
