A Coffs Harbour man stands accused of supplying pistols, shotguns, rifles and a pump action shotgun and being found with cash and drugs.
Karl Schweikert, 27, fronted Coffs Harbour Court last week on 31 charges.
According to court documents, several of the alleged offences occurred between December 2023 and August this year.
The charges include five drug offences, two counts of dealing with stolen goods, six counts of supply a firearm to an unauthorised person, two counts of supply a pistol to unauthorised persons, five counts of supply a firearm to persons with prohibition order, and two counts of supply a pistol to persons with a prohibition order.
Police facts allege at the time of his arrest, Schweikert had two thousand dollars in cash, believed to be the proceeds of crime, and was in the possession of 3.3g of methamphetamine, 0.36g of ketamine and 600g of cannabis leaf.
The facts allege in the same time period, Schweikert supplied 33 cannabis plants, 38g of cocaine, 10g of heroin, 967g of methamphetamine, 140g of MDMA, 18g of amphetamine, 26g of cocaine and 56g of cannabis.
Police further allege Schweikert supplied and sold weapons to a person with a firearms prohibition order; namely a .357 calibre rifle, an SK rifle, and AR15 rifle, a .308 rifle, a .45 pistol and a .22 revolver pistol.
It is also alleged Schweikert took part in the supply of a pump action shotgun, a lever action rifle and a .24 pistol.
He has not entered any pleas and remains in custody after bail was formally refused.
The case is due back in court on 26 November.
