A young woman out on bail, as she prepares to face charges of stealing a motor vehicle, has breached her conditions.
Kaleah Walker is also facing charges of dishonestly obtaining property by deception.
The 26-year-old from Woolgoolga appeared in the dock before Magistrate Ian Rodgers in Coffs Harbour local court on Monday.
The court heard she breached her bail conditions by failing to reside at the address listed when she was first granted bail in relation to charges of stealing a motor vehicle in February this year.
The court found that the breach of bail was established.
Walker’s lawyer asked that her bail be continued and altered so that she live in the Woolgoolga area and report to the Woolgoolga police station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
She was granted bail and her case is listed for hearing on January 30, 2023.
