Blacktown brawl: Teen slashed in face after girls’ drunken fight
Police are waiting to speak to a 17-year-old girl after an 18-year-old had her face slashed in a drunken fight in Blacktown.

A 17-year-old girl has been arrested after an 18-year-old girl was slashed on the face during a drunken fight in Blacktown.
Police went to Flushcombe Rd just after 10pm on Sunday after reports of a fight.
They found an 18-year-old girl with multiple cuts to her face including a 10cm long gash on her forehead.
She was treated by paramedics on the side of the road before being taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
Officers spoke to witnesses before arresting a 17-year-old girl nearby at Westpoint shopping centre.
She was also injured, with cuts to her hands, and was taken to Blacktown Hospital under police guard.
The two girls were not known to each other before the night but were drinking alcohol with the same group of friends.
They briefly argued before the fight turned physical.
Police are waiting to interview both teenagers once they are deemed well enough.
