OUTLAW bikie gang members have been targeted in a major gun blitz by NSW Police, with streets placed in lockdown as officers swooped on homes across Sydney’s west and south-west.
Bikie-busting cops of Strike Force Raptor have spent the week quizzing neighbours and searching homes and cars for weapons across 18 suburbs, NSW Police said in a statement on Friday.
Homes of rival bikie members involved in an internal feud were targeted in the search, with Deputy Commissioner Jeff Loy saying police had gathered a large amount of information during the sweep.
