SENIOR Lone Wolf bikie Erkan Keskin is preparing to sue the state for malicious prosecution after police withdrew child pornography charges against him.
The charges were withdrawn in the Downing Centre Local Court on Friday after the pictures, seized from Mr Keskin’s home during a police raid, were revealed to be family photographs of his own children.
The 41-year-old has engaged a specialist lawyer in preparation to launch a malicious prosecution suit after he spent a night in jail and news of his charges made front-page news in April.

“They put my life at risk. I got accused of something I didn’t do. The charges were outrageous and unwarranted,” Mr Keskin said.
His lawyer Victoria-Jane Otavski said: “Mr Keskin is keen to vindicate his reputation … Having regard to the complete withdrawal of the charges, he is considering all of his legal options and will pursue them as appropriate.”
The saga took another turn three days before the charges were withdrawn.
Police pulled Mr Keskin’s wife, Kristen, and four children off a plane bound for Dubai at Sydney Airport and charged her with a similar offence.
