A removalist truck driver has lost his licence after he was caught drug driving a fourth time.
Jordan Kurt Fuller, 27, pleaded guilty at Ballina Local Court on Thursday to one fresh charge of driving with cannabis in his system.
The court heard Fuller faced Lismore Court for two counts of drug driving in August 2020.
He was fined $750 and lost his licence for a year on that occasion.
Fuller was also busted for drug driving in Queensland in 2015.
The Toowoomba man was driving a white Fuso truck when he was pulled over at random for a roadside drug test on the Bruxner Hwy, West Ballina on August 4 last year.
Fuller, who was travelling with a passenger, tested positive to cannabis on a swab test.
He was then taken to Ballina Police Station for a secondary test.
Police officers questioned Fuller about drug use and he told them: “I don’t touch it”.
The secondary test then returned a positive result, police documents state.
Magistrate Karen Stafford said: “The problem is, he does touch it”.
She fined Fuller $600 and disqualified his licence for six months.
Fuller has also been before the courts in recent times for stealing expensive TVs from shops.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing in Toowoomba Magistrates Court in August 2021, but a conviction was not recorded.
