A body of a man found on a creek bank in Ballina is being investigated as a suspected drowning.
Although the identity of the man is yet to be determined, Police believe it to be that of a 21 year-old-man.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious and Police are preparing a report for the coroner.

A dead body was found on a creek bank in Ballina on Saturday morning.
About 9.30am on Saturday, October 22, a member of the public located the body of a man, believed to be aged in his 30s, on the bank of the Emigrant Creek near Smith Drive at West Ballina.
Emigrant Creek connects to the Richmond River west of Ballina.
The man is described as being of caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, of slim build, with short brown curly hair, and has a beard.
He was wearing a green T-shirt.
Detectives from Richmond Police District are investigating the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
