Two Australian men shot in Bali, one dead

Police have revealed the wife of an Australian man killed in Bali saw the whole incident unfold, as they search for two men with “Australian accents”. Watch video.

An Australian man has been killed in a shooting in Bali with police revealing they are searching for two males with Aussie accents over the incident.

Local police confirmed the drama unfolded in a villa at Munggu in Bali’s Badung Regency on Friday night.

Zivan Radmanovic, 32, from Melbourne died and Sanar Ghanim, 34, also from Melbourne was injured in the attack, local police confirmed.

“A shooting incident has happened. There are two victims, both Australian nationals,” Badung Police chief Arif Batubara said.

He said the victim died at the scene and the second man was being treated in hospital.

A police source said two men on scooters with Australian accents have been linked to the shooting.

According to witnesses one of the alleged perpetrators wore a bright orange jacket with a dark helmet and the other wore a green jacket and a dark mask and helmet.

“We are now working on (an) investigation (to) find witnesses that may have seen the incident,” Arif said.

The injured man is being treated at BIMC Hospital. The victim was taken to Prof. Ngoerah Hospital in Bali.

The dead man’s wife told police she was sleeping in bed and heard her husband screaming at around 12.15am.

She said she closed her eyes using a blanket and when she took a peek saw a man shoot her husband in the toilet.

The wife was not sure of how many rounds were fired.

She told police a few moments later she heard the second man that was staying with them in the villa scream and more gunshots.
